Request from my dear friend
 for her story - [link]I can't find the original request... but I know it involved Maria from Sakura Wars guarding the Russian Imperial family.... and with her is little Anastasia! Here depicts a scene where Anastasia is trying to talk to Maria, who is looking at her open locket.  It's been a while since I first started this request so my memory is fuzzy! I was sick for so long!I absolutely wanted to finish this piece before posting any more art because ~karenjade is one of my very first devart friends on this account! I thank her verrry much! Hope you like it! Now to work on the contest prizes! |

I don't think Anastasia would have dressed that prettily at the Ipatiev house, but maybe she was able to bring along at least one nice dress and a pretty ribbon or two, hmm?
It's funny, because Anastasia is actually two years older then Maria (at this time Anastasia was 17 and Maria 15) but Maria is the taller and more mature of the two!
